Sheet Pan Nacho Meatballs
TG's Sheet Pan Nacho Meatballs
Note: This is a flavoring tip which does not include full preparation instructions.
2 (16 oz.) packages of meatballs (I like to use the pre-made raw meatballs from the butcher section)
2 (15 oz.) jars of chunky salsa
1 (8 oz.) jar TG Fresh Foods Garlic and Cumin pepper sauce
2 (8 oz.) packages of shredded cheese, Mexican blend
Chopped cilantro as desired (sprinkle on top)
Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in a baking dish
Top with shredded cheese and bake until hot and gooey.
Top with cilantro as desired
I serve this with a side of nacho chips and sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
